CHEZ 106 gives away over $100,000 in prizes and adventures with TOYS 21 Centre Ice at the Sens Game

Big events are back, and CHEZ 106 held the most epic experience to celebrate the 21st year of our annual TOYS contest on Saturday, November 13th.

After ten weeks of contesting, where we received an amazing half a million texts to enter to win only one of 106 keys, five finalists made it to centre ice at the CTC during the Ottawa Senators game where CHEZ’s morning team Biggs & Barr and Pastey Jamie chose one winner to rule them all!

All 106 key winner and their guests attended the game, where the Sens beat the Penguins 6-3, but Sue Simmonds (Key #6) took home $100,000 in prizes and adventures including an autographed Neil Young guitar, a brand-new Kia, $10,000 to take a trip anywhere in the world, tickets to every event at the Canadian Tire Centre for the next year, and so much more!

"After 18 months of no experiences we leaned into prizes that would have listeners dreaming of adventure" says Amanda Young, CHEZ 106 Promotions Manager and contest mastermind. "Bring on the fun. Bring on the concerts. Bring on the adventures."
