Job Title: Commercial Producer

 

Job Summary:

The Commercial Producer will create IDEA based campaigns, assign workflow through the Company’s virtual creative environment, produce and potentially, voice commercial and promo copy. Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, the Commercial Producer will be working in a creative, innovative and production based environment as part of the Vista Radio Ideas Group (VIG).

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Create IDEA based campaigns through our creative process with our sales, programming and VIG Creative Services team.

·       Assign workflow through Vista's virtual creative environment to ensure efficient production.

·       Produce and potentially voice commercial and promo copy to meet clients' needs.

·       Collaborate with the Director of Creative Services or their designate to develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

·       Maintain a high level of initiative/self-motivation, and goal-oriented performance to achieve the desired outcomes.

·       Maintain knowledge of Adobe Audition, vCreative to manage and track advertising campaigns effectively.

·       Maintain strong communication skills verbally, written and social media to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

·       Ability to relate to the local target audience and understand their preferences, behaviors, and culture.

·       Demonstrate conceptual, creative thinking and problem-solving to come up with innovative ideas for advertising campaigns.

·       Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is based on team & individual effort and handle pressure effectively.

·       A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

·       Other duties may be assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

 

·       Superior digital audio editing skills to produce high-quality audio content.

·       Experience in radio station operations and production to understand the technical aspects of the job.

·       Passionate about local radio and understanding of the local market.

·       High level of initiative/self-motivation, and goal-oriented performance to achieve the desired outcomes.

·       Knowledge of Adobe Audition, vCreative would be considered an asset to manage and track advertising campaigns effectively.

·       Strong communication skills verbally, written and social media to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

·       Ability to relate to the local target audience and understand their preferences, behaviors, and culture.

·       Conceptual, creative thinker and problem solver to come up with innovative ideas for advertising campaigns.
