March 12, 2026 - Harvard Media Expands Creative Services Team with Key Leadership
Appointments and Strategic Additions
Harvard Media announced today the continued expansion of its Customer Creative Services team
with the appointment of Angie Beers as Contract Creative Consultant, alongside the return of
veteran creative writer Darren Ollinger and the addition of award-winning producer Liz Campbell.
The company also announced the promotion of Scott Couldridge to Systems/Workflow Lead.
The expansion reflects Harvard Media’s commitment to building the strongest creative team in
Canadian broadcasting while reinforcing its focus on creative excellence and effective customer
solutions for clients across Western Canada.
Angie Beers, an award-winning creative strategist and long-time Creative Director, will lead the
Harvard Media Creative Services team. In this role, she will guide creative strategy, strengthen
collaboration between revenue teams, customers and creative, and help shape the next phase of
Harvard Media’s creative offering.
“Creative is the heartbeat of great radio and great marketing,” said Beers. “Harvard Media believes
in the power of effective customer solutions, and this team is built to push that even further. Our
goal is simple… build the strongest creative services team in Canada and deliver effective work that
helps our clients stand out and show them results in meaningful ways.”
Joining Beers in this next phase is the return of Darren Ollinger, one of Western Canada’s most
respected creative writers. Ollinger previously spent many years with Harvard Media and returns
bringing decades of experience in creative direction, brand development, and high-impact
advertising.
“Darren is one of the best creative minds in the business,” said Beers. “His understanding of radio,
storytelling, and client success is second to none. Having him back in the Harvard family is a huge
win for our team and our clients.”
Also joining the Creative Services team is Liz Campbell, an award-winning radio producer, creative
writer, and voice actor with more than 15 years of experience in broadcast production and
commercial storytelling. Campbell joins Harvard Media from Bell Media.
She will serve as Senior Producer & Creative Writer, working closely with revenue teams and clients
to develop engaging campaigns, compelling brand stories, and innovative commercial content.
“Liz brings a rare combination of creative instinct, production excellence, and performance ability,”
said Beers. “She understands how to connect with audiences and how to bring scripts to life.
Adding Liz to the team is another big win.”Also playing a key role in the new structure is Scott Couldridge, who has been promoted to
Systems/Workflow Lead within the Creative Services team. Couldridge will continue in his role as
Producer while helping manage workflow and client delegation across the department.
“Scott is not only a fantastic producer and writer, but also brings previous leadership experience, a
strong passion for problem solving, and excellent communication and collaboration with our
revenue team and other departments,” said Beers. “Those qualities made him a natural choice for
this role.”
Together, the expanded Creative Services team will support Harvard Media’s roster of stations and
customers across Western Canada, focusing on strategic storytelling, innovative campaign
development, and high-impact production.
“These moves represent an exciting step forward,” Beers added. “With the addition of Darren and
Liz, Scott’s internal promotion, and the strength of the talented producers and writers already on
our team, we believe Harvard Media is uniquely positioned to deliver some of the most creative and
effective customer advertising solutions in the country.”
