Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop a broad marketing strategy and lead the day-to-day marketing operations of our organization (along with the support of a marketing assistant.)
This position is focused on development, design, implementation, execution and support of new marketing initiatives for our two operational areas, our provincial wide radio network and radio bingoprogram.
The main goal is to increase the public awareness of our brand; increasing listenership, advertisers, partners and build a larger group of bingo players and bingo card sellers
Key Responsibilities:
• Development – new initiatives to enhance our brand and bingo operations
• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily workflow, making sure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and priorities are clear.
• Campaign Oversight: Monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), reviewing execution and providing feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for special events and possible sales promotions.
• Support: Provide information on marketing tools, platforms, and processes, helping other managers understand the process
• Project Tracking: Use project management tools to assign tasks, follow up on progress, and provide support where needed.
• Reporting: Coordinate reporting workflows and ensure data is accurate and delivered on time.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with experience supporting or managing employees.
• Experience in the radio Industry is a bonus.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofing and quality-control skills.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Experience with project management tools is an asset.
