a show producer/operator.

Preparing, producing, planning, and executing a market leading radio show

Engage in all forms of Social Media on behalf of TSN 1260

Deliver amazing customer service both internally with staff and externally with clients

and listeners

Attend public appearances, reporting, remotes, charitable and community events

Represent the station and the brand with integrity

Host / Co-host and other voicing when required

Fill in on other shows when and where needed

Independently anticipate the needs of Management and the programming team


Previous experience as a show producer, operator, and working knowledge of a radio

control room

Previous on air hosting/reporting is a definite asset

Post-secondary education in Radio Broadcasting

Must have exceptional in-depth knowledge of the biggest stories in sports

Excellent people skills with internal and external contacts (particularly those in the sports


Very strong work ethic, communication and writing skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent organization skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills, with an

attention to detail

Professional attitude and disposition with internal and external clients

Superior judgement, and ability to multi-task a variety of functions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy under pressure

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required

for positions in Quebec.
