Golden West has a rare opportunity to lead our content team and product offer in Moose Jaw. The role encompasses all audience-facing platforms. You will have a specific focus on growing our radio and online brands including MIX 103, Country 100, 800 CHAB, and DiscoverMooseJaw.com.

We are looking for a professional focused on growing an already impressive audience. Reporting to the Saskatchewan Content Lead, you will lead a team to cultivate audience relationships through broadcast, online and social engagement.

In this role, you will:

▪ Lead an existing team of content professionals as theyhone their skills and continually seek to serve the community.

▪ Guide audience-facing activity, content, and promotions.

▪ Champion relationships with community stakeholders and partners.

▪ Work in unison with provincial Content Leads, Sales colleagues, and other Program Directors to increase engagement, share relevant content, and expand our reach across all platforms.

The Ideal Candidate

▪ You are a professional with proven success in media (broadcast, online, social, video).

▪ You are passionate about building and retaining audience and understand the value of each relationship.

▪ You are a strong leader with a history of coaching others to success.

▪ You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are familiar with the Canadian Press Guide, Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.

▪ You are a relentless influencer and eager to engage with the community in Moose Jaw.
