The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
The Regional Promotions Manager will be responsible for leading the Promotions, Marketing and Community Engagement strategy for our 10 Bell Media Atlantic radio stations. The position will also work closely with Sales and Programming to develop multi-platform integrated solutions for client partners.
Create dynamic, unique, and effective promotions leveraging multiplatform assets to drive tuning and engagement
Drive local digital and social strategies working closely with our Digital content teams
Develop and manage promotions plans, budget and strategy to achieve ratings objectives
Ensure visibility and understanding of the stations Brands in the community
Work with other areas of the business to cross promote and build brand integration opportunities
Ensure representation of brands and content is in line with Bell Media Creative Agency
Monitor Promotional performance to ensure we are maximizing results on all platforms
Available for weekend and evening activities as required
Post-secondary education or equivalency in Marketing/Public Relations or Radio Program
3-5 years’ experience in a successful marketing role
Strong knowledge of social networking platforms with experience developing a content engagement strategy
Experience managing a budget with a basic accounting acumen
Ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas and find opportunities in a collaborative environment
Experience in Video production an asset
Detail oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
