Sales Admin. Assistant


· This position entails providing administrative service to the Vice President of Sales and Director of Sales. Ability to multi-task is essential with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

· Preparing sales reports weekly, client presentations (media kits, etc) as needed; coordinating live remote broadcast bookings with account executives; broadcast order administration; liaison with sales department, other departments, and our on-air radio producers; managing our website/social media content by posting and updating new events;

· Must be well-versed in software such as Office, Excel, Photoshop; experience in Digital Marketing, social media an asset;

· Strong work ethic, able to handle sensitive and confidential information

· Able to work with little supervision

  • Coordinating with printers and designers in the creation of special event signage (posters, banners, t-shirts, etc.),

  • Managing and participating at events,

  • Developing and maintaining deadline schedule for sales related events/promotions,

  • Preparing contest giveaways/gift bags for remotes/special events,

  • Organizing and collecting SOCAN Music Surveys,

Salary is commensurate on experience and skills.

Eventual backup to our Traffic Manager, learning the processes of commercial logging into our accounting/broadcasting system
