This person must have well-developed people skills, as this job involves interacting extensively with other departments and markets within the company. The successful applicant will be a self-starter with strong computer skills and should have knowledge of traffic applications as they apply to radio – or be a quick learner who is eager to get up to speed. Experience with the Wide Orbit Traffic System would be a definite advantage. This individual may also be required to perform reception and some accounting duties as part of regular job functions or as part of vacation or illness relief.
