Position: (Full Time) Traffic Coordinator – Saskatchewan
Reports to: Harvard Traffic Manager

Harvard Media is seeking to fill a full-time Traffic Coordinatorposition. This fundamental position works remotely in a department setting, providing support and taking on key responsibilities for Harvard Media radio stations in Regina and Yorkton.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Reconciliation of previous days logs
• Assist sales reps where needed
• Pull missing copy reports
• Build and send logs to Automation
• Liaise with the Creative Department to ensure all carts are entered
• Accounts Receivable responsibilities including but not limited to entering of payments, pulling of statements and financial reports
• Liaise with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and month end reporting
• Liaise with sales managers to ensure proper commercial inventory utilization
• Training of SDS users
• Provide accurate reporting and analyses of reports
• Any other duties as required by Traffic Manager
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
• Previous traffic experience is an asset
• SDS software knowledge is an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office software is required
• Prior accounts receivable experience an asset but not required
Essential Requirements:
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
• Ability to calmly work in a deadline driven environment with a full, busy workload
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
