Courtenay, BC, June 21, 2024 – Vista Radio announced today the appointment of John White as our new National Director of News. With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, White brings a wealth of experience, innovation, and passion for LOCAL journalism and digital media to Vista.
Highlights of John’s career include leading newsrooms at several digital media sites including Fintech Nexus and Future of Good, serving as CEO of a variety of digital news startups, and more than a decade of editorial management experience with digital and traditional news outlets including Castanet, Black Press, the Edmonton Journal and Winnipeg Free Press.
