Position: Freelance Swing Announcer & Street Team, BOUNCE 92.3
Location: Owen Sound, Ontario
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering an outstanding show as on-air announcer and board operator.
• Working offsite at on-location remotes as scheduled.
• Creating engaging, relevant content across all social media platforms.
• Providing support for contesting features and helping the team execute station promotions from start to finish.
• Executing a logistics plan for events including being responsible for the transport, setup and removal of promotional assets and equipment
Ensuring all necessary branded assets (i.e. tents, backdrops, audio equipment, signage and activations) are properly set up in a visible location for radio remotes, events or live broadcasts.
• Promoting special events, promotions, activations & contests that are happening at the remote or live broadcast
• Sharing Bell Media on-air promotions, programming and contesting for the station being represented with listeners.
• Greeting and interacting with clients and listeners in an energetic, professional and courteous manner.
• Must be available and willing to work evenings and weekends including some statutory holidays.
• Other related and technical duties as assigned.
• You have a post-secondary degree/are currently enrolled in relevant school program or you have equivalent work experience.
• You have excellent technical skills, and you are a quick learner.
• You are creative, motivated, engaged, and a stand-out team player.
• You will dedicate yourself to being an ambassador for our local community.
