Junior Copywriter (Full-Time Position)-Hamilton, ON

Do you have what it takes to write creative, compellingcommercials and promotions for radio? If you are someone that is extremely creative, a multi-tasker, can write for a variety of clients using a variety of writing styles and pays very close attention to detail this position could be for you.

Durham Radio Inc. is currently accepting applications for the position of Junior Copywriter to join our established creative team. All applicants should possess/demonstrate the following:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Radio Copywritingrole is preferred.

- Experience with scheduling commercials in a Radio Traffic system is preferred.

- The motivation to exceed our client expectations and create effective copy that stands out.

- Excellent written communication, computer and interpersonal skills.

- A highly organized, self-motivated team player, with an acute attention to detail and the capability of working independently.

- The ability to work with sales reps, clients and staff in a professional and patient manner.

- The skills to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines for a busy multi-station group.
