Advertising Sales Representative

Full-Time | Based in Edmonton (In office)

Windspeaker Media is growing and seeks a motivated, full-time Advertising Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will engage directly with the community, build meaningful business relationships, and develop innovative advertising solutions that help local businesses increase their visibility and reach.

The successful candidate will bring:

1-3 years of outside sales experience – Radio sales preferred

Exceptional customer service skills

Driven, passionate and goal oriented

Capacity to work individually and as team player

Great communication skills, both oral and written

Good listener

Exceptional organizational skills

Negotiation Skills

Highly disciplined and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle

Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous Culture is an asset

You will be responsible for:

Developing new and existing direct accounts

Meet and exceed monthly radio revenue targets

Integrate with other departments within our organization

Meet and strategize with current and new potential customers

Develop ways to solve clients’ challenges

Provide daily call planning and reporting as required

Responsible for collections on personal sales
