Position: Unit Manager, Your Morning – 13 Month Contract

Location: 299 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
• Track production expenses & process invoices
• Manage Brand Partnership budgets, as projects arise
• On-Board New P/T Casual Hires – Background checks, Deal Memos, IT & Security
• Schedule and coordinate shared personnel across multiple productions
• Oversee studio stagehands, set designer, make up artist & production scheduler
• Responsible for editor overhead budget
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2-5 years Production experience
Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset
Knowledge of APSS, ARIBA, SAP & Media Pulse is an asset, as is basic knowledge about ACTRA
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working to deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects is essential
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
