Kevin Gallagher Joins Global News As Weekend Anchor

Global News is thrilled to welcome seasoned on-air journalist, Kevin Gallagher, to its weekend news lineup as anchor, airing across Canada from the Maritimes to Saskatchewan beginning Saturday, May 30.

Kevin has more than a decade of experience as an on-air journalist, most recently working as a Parliamentary Correspondent for CTV National News, and before that, he worked as a Video Journalist with CTV Montreal.

In addition to his anchor role, Kevin will appear on Toronto’s late newscast every Friday and will appear as a reporter one day a week on Global News at 5 and 6.

When Kevin isn’t behind the camera delivering the news of the day, he enjoys cooking, and preparing gourmet meals for family and friends.
