KMOX (1120 AM / 104.1 FM) St. Louis, MO, the Station That Pioneered Talk Radio, Adds The Last Show with David Cooper

NEW YORK, NY – October 19, 2026 – KMOX 1120 AM & 104.1 FM, the powerhouse St. Louis station that pioneered talk radio, continues to innovate in the space by adding a dynamic new show to its roster: The Last Show with David Cooper.

KMOX Brand Manager Steve Moore said “The show is quirky, curious, unexpected and entertaining — a fresh voice in a crowded radio landscape that gives people something they won’t find anywhere else on the dial. We’re excited to bring David’s unique perspective to KMOX and think St. Louis is going to love it.”

The Last Show with David Cooper now airs weeknights from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM on KMOX (1120 AM / 104.1 FM). The program already boasts major market clearances across North America, including Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary.

The show connects listeners with brilliant, primary-source experts in technology, AI, science, psychology, relationships, and pop culture. Driven by genuine curiosity, Cooper steers away from pedantic talk, guiding guests into authentic and grounded conversations that connect with everyone. Unpredictable, fast, and funny, the show delivers highly practical, shareable takeaways that build community and leave the audience a little smarter.

David Cooper, a recovering Silicon Valley software engineer, created the show to focus on curiosity rather than outrage and divisiveness. “I spent 15 years writing software, and the core question never leaves you: ‘Why does anyone keep using this past the first ten seconds?’ That’s the driving force of the show,” says Cooper. “Thank you to Steve Moore and the entire Audacy team in St. Louis for the privilege of joining one of America’s most successful stations.”

KMOX serves as the U.S. flagship station for The Last Show with David Cooper. Learn more about the show at: www.lastshow.pizza
