Z1035 AND AM530 CHLO ANNOUNCE 3RD ANNUAL RADIOTHON FORTHE PRINCESS MARGARET CANCER FOUNDATION

On Wednesday, December 10, Toronto’s Z103.5 and AM530 /CHLO will host The Third Annual Princess Margaret Radiothon, broadcasting live from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, 610 University Ave, Toronto, ON, M5G 2C4.

This signature event has become a cornerstone of Evanov Communications’ commitment to supporting causes and initiatives that are vital to the communities it serves.

Each year, the Radiothon brings together listeners, patients, families, and staff in an extraordinary show of generosity and compassion, raising critical funds and awareness for one of the world’s leading centres in cancer research, treatment, and patient care.

The day-long broadcast highlights courage, hope, and reflection. With your support, we can shine a light into the darkness of cancer and transform cancer outcomes, giving patients and their loved ones brighter tomorrows. Funds raised support The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and the next breakthroughs in early detection, innovative therapies, and comprehensive support at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.

Live programming will begin on Z103.5 with Richie & Melanie from 6 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by Tony Monaco from noon to 6 p.m. AM530/CHLO will broadcast live with Punjabi Lehran & Navi Sidhu from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. In-studio. On-air support will be provided throughout the full broadcast day, enhancing coverage and engagement with the event on both stations.

Additionally, the Radiothon will be supported across all Evanov station platforms, including station websites, social media channels, and digital content, ensuring continuous visibility and participation opportunities throughout the day. This multi-platform approach helps expand the reach of the event and amplifies the call to support The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

Listeners can share their personal stories and donate at Z1035.com or AM530.ca. Donations may also be made by text HOPE103 or HOPE530 to 80100, where each text contributes $25 to the cause and is billed directly to the donor’s mobile phone account.
