CREATIVE & PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

We’re growing again! Blackgold Broadcasting has an immediate opening for a Creative and Production Director based in our Leduc office.

You will be responsible for overseeing the creative process for our three radio stations in Leduc, Stony Plain and Ponoka.

You will handle client and station promotion scripts, manage our overall creative and production process including coordination with clients, sales and traffic. You will organize and lead brainstorming sessions, manage our cart inventory system, co-op processes and more.

We are seeking the following qualifications for this position:

You are highly creative and possess a fun and outgoing personality.

You have excellent writing and communication skills.

You love to help clients succeed with incredible commercials.

You have knowledge of radio station production, traffic and automation systems.

You have previous experience in a radio creative department.

Knowledge of Adobe Audition and PlayoutONE would be an asset.
