We’re looking for a seasoned, resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our Thunder Bay team. You’ll help grow the Acadia brand in the Thunder Bay area,

support a talented sales crew, and bring fresh, energetic ideas to the table. If challenges excite you and success motivates you, consider this your open invitation.

 

Reporting to the Regional Station Manager, you’ll lead daytoday operations of the Sales Office, coach a team of experienced sales professionals, manage budgets, and collaborate with fellow Department Managers to create innovative advertising solutions.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

• Understand client marketing objectives and turn them into effective, creative solutions.

• Lead hiring, performance management, budgeting, and sales strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the market.

• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and respond quickly to opportunities.

• Coach and mentor the Sales team to exceed revenue growth targets.

• Champion sales policies, practices, reporting systems, and meeting structures.

• Build new business relationships while strengthening existing local accounts.

• Lead weekly sales meetings and contribute actively to management and promotional discussions.

 

What We’re Looking For:


• Experience in a Sales Leadership role with a track record of success.

• Marketing or multimedia advertising experience is an asset.

• Strong relationshipbuilding skills with clients and community leaders.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problemsolving abilities.

• A natural coach who motivates teams to grow and succeed.

• Solid financial acumen, including revenue and expense management.

• A collaborative spirit with creative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement.

 

Compensation & Benefits


• Excellent compensation: Approximately $80,000 base salary, plus commission opportunities and an annual performance bonus.
