Full Time Creative Writer and Producer

Bayshore Broadcasting is currently seeking a Full Time Creative Writer and Producer.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have a rare opening for a Full Time Creative team member that can work out of our Collingwood, Orillia or Owen Sound markets. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with high attention to detail. If you have a way with words and a passion for creating great radio!

Responsibilities:

• Write and produce compelling radio commercials that stand out and make an impact from concept to completion.

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client and Account Executive relationships.

• Work with all departments, including Sales, Production, Promotions, Programming, and Traffic.

• Process supplied creative to make sure it gets to air on time.

• Create commercials you are proud to say “I did that”

• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and production skills

• Excellent communication Skills both written and verbal

• Proficient with radio traffic software, preferably Marketronand production software

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with a proven track record of achievement and increasing sales through your written and produced product.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Accurate Data Entry
