96.3 Cruz FM – Saskatoon’s Classic Hits powerhouse – is on the hunt for our next Morning Show Host to bring energy, personality, and purpose to the city’s airwaves!

As the Morning Show Host, you’ll lead the charge in creating smart, entertaining and locally relevant content both on-air and online. This isn’t just a gig behind the mic. It’s a front-and-centre role for a true content creator, community connector and digital storyteller. You’ll co-host alongside a talented partner and engage listeners across multiple platforms in one of Canada’s most diverse and energetic cities.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just radio-savvy but digital-first, audience-obsessed and unapologetically creative. You thrive on sharing real-life moments, spotlighting the Saskatoon community and building a brand that resonates from smartphones to smart speakers, from Instagram Reels to remote broadcasts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare & deliver an engaging & entertaining program 6am - 10am Monday-Friday.

• Able to write long and short form multi-platform, multi-channel content.

• Station appearances, remotes and events as required.

• Voice track locally and beyond where opportunity presents itself.

• Voice commercials assigned by the Production Department.

• Execute on-air promotions.

• Create entertaining Podcasts.

• Be a tireless brand ambassador for 96.3 Cruz FM

• Any other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Unbridled creativity.

• Superior show prep skills.

• Digital media beast with on camera and video editing skills.

• Wide Orbit, Music Master, Adobe Audition, Word Press, Canva and Futuri knowledge are an asset.

• An unrelenting hunger to win.

• People like you.

Essential Requirements:

• 5 years of on-air experience.

• Production and voice over skills.

• An internal and external customer service expert.

• News writing and reading an asset.

• Must be able to communicate effectively during the show and when attending events.

• Can interact with clients in the community.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• A positive and collaborative influence in the halls

• Knowledge and skill to put all social platforms to work for you.
